Yes. Coverage for prescription drugs for in-network pharmacies is automatically included when you enroll in any of our medical plan options. If you choose to fill prescriptions at out-of-network pharmacies, you may have to pay the full cost for these medications. If you’ve used tobacco or tobacco products in the last six months, you will pay a $30 per-paycheck tobacco surcharge in addition to your medical plan contribution.
